The Bighorn Bison put together a convincing win at Ram Brewery Ballpark, defeating the Maple Marauders, 13-3. Jay Starr was one of the hitting stars. He went 4-4 with a home run, a double, 2 singles, and a walk, while adding 4 RBI and scoring once for Bighorn. David Franco was the winner. Over 9 innings, he yielded 3 runs on 6 hits, with 2 walks and 4 strikeouts. The second-place Bison improved to 26-18.

Starr contributed in the bottom of the second. With a runner on 2nd, he hit a 2-run home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Bighorn get the win.
