Murraysville starter Mike Lanham pitched well against the Roaring River Steelheads at Red Bull Stadium. The right-hander led his team to a win, 4-3. The win puts the Peacocks at 33-63, while the Steelheads drop to 41-54.

Murraysville got a knockout punch from Alexis Dufour. The pinch hitter hammered a 2-run home run in the bottom of the ninth inning to win the game. It might've been his only hit, but it decided the outcome.

"Mike just went about his business, throwing strikes," said Murraysville manager Joseph Kelley.
