Kennedy hits 2 home runs to Ignite Bulldogs Offense
Spokane first baseman Bill Kennedy contributed significantly to his team's 6-5 win over the Niagara Falls Pipe Fitters. Kennedy went 3 for 4 with 3 runs scored to lead the offensive attack for the Bulldogs. Spokane pitcher Bill Antunez got the win, upping his record to 3-3. Salvador Aguilar got the loss. The victory makes Spokane 26-69.

Had Chris Knight not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and the bases loaded, Knight hit a 2-run single. That made the score 6-5, in favor of the Bulldogs.

"Every time you put a 'W' on the board is always good," said Kennedy.
