The Chicago Eclipse wiggled past the West Island Jazz, 6-5, in 10 innings at Millennium Field. The win was highlighted by the performance of Chicago pitcher Chris Titus. The Eclipse, now 24-18, have won 4 in a row.
Chicago got a clutch hit from Rafael Rodriguez. The pinch hitter launched a solo home run in the bottom of the tenth inning to win the game. It was his only hit in 1 at-bat, but it was a kill shot.
"This place went bonkers at the end," Rodriguez said.
