Late Rally Leads to 5-3 Beehive Triumph

Madison pitcher Josh Steventon did his part in helping his team beat the Fraser Valley Black Bears, 5-3. The left-hander kept opposing batters from doing too much damage. The save was credited to Sean Davis, his 1st. The Beehive are now 32-44.
Madison took a 5-3 lead on Mark Lloyd's 2nd home run of the season. The 3-run home run, which Lloyd hit in the bottom of the eighth, left Fraser Valley pitcher Phil Korth visibly frustrated.
"I just try to bring what I bring to this team," said Steventon.
