Beetlecats Defeat Wolverines, 8-5
The Buzzard's Bay Beetlecats used the hitting of catcher Josh Neubauer to subdue the Wichita Wolverines, 8-5, in 10 innings. For the game, Neubauer went 1 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He drove in 4 runs and scored once. Buzzard's Bay reliever Ryan Woller snagged the win, upping his record to 4-4. Dustin Booth shouldered the loss. Wichita has now lost 4 straight.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the tenth. With two out, Neubauer hit a fastball from Dustin Booth for a 3-run home run. The Beetlecats, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.
