Blazers Take Home 4-1 Win Over Chicago
|
Humberto Diaz, who is tied for 10th in the TML in quality starts with 4, never let the Eclipse get in a groove. The left-hander used his bread and butter, his fastball, to pitch the Blazers to a win, 4-1. Diaz picked up the win for Bloomington, going 6.2 innings. He gave up 1 run on 2 hits. He now sports a record of 3-2. Bloomington has run its win streak to 4 straight.
Harry Cronin, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2057 draft, chipped in a 2-run home run for Bloomington in the bottom of the fourth. For the game, the center fielder had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.
