Tornadoes Take Home 3-1 Win Over Mexico City
The Kansas City Tornadoes got a magnificent effort from pitcher Monty Brewster, who kept Mexico City hitters in check en route to a 3-1 Tornadoes win at Debris Field. Kansas City bumps their record to 17-26 with the win.

Matt Cardon hit a 2-run double off Duane Alcock in the bottom of the sixth, which put the Tornadoes in front, 2-1. In addition to the double, Cardon had 1 single, while going 2 for 4.

"Monty pitched like a champ," said Kansas City manager Lewis Cannon.
