Mounties Earn Late Win
Montreal beat Bloomington at Mount Royal Grounds, eking out a 6-5 win. The win was due in large part to left fielder Chris Elliott. He hit 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The third-place Mounties go to 19-17.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With no one out, Elliott hit a fastball from Mario Moreno for a solo home run. The Mounties, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"Big team win," Elliott said later.
