A 3-RBI performance from designated hitter Esteban Bermudez led the Dallas Texans to a win over the El Paso Mavericks, 7-6. By defeating El Paso, the second-place Texans improved to 23-13.

The most important at-bat for Dallas came in the top of the ninth inning, when left fielder Jonah Blagdon stroked a 1-1 fastball to center for a run-scoring single, putting Dallas up, 7-6.

"We're on quite a roll right now," said Bermudez.
