Bison Use Late Rally to Win
Buffalo and Kansas City got after it at Debris Field.

The Kansas City Tornadoes went down to defeat to Ben Molter and his Buffalo teammates. The final score was 6-2, in favor of the Bison. The win was credited to Kyle Taylor in relief. His record improves to 1-0. Allan Goodwin took the loss. Mike Waldrup picked up his 10th save of the season.

Dan Hernandez drew 1 walk in 5 plate appearances, while adding 2 RBI for Buffalo. The 22-year old first baseman had a key at-bat in the top of the ninth. With no one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring sacrifice fly off Allan Goodwin. It was his 14th RBI of the season.

"It's the best feeling when you come through for your teammates," said Hernandez.

By defeating Kansas City, the first-place Bison improved to 21-13.
