The rain could not keep the home crowd from enjoying a good ballgame.

No one was more impactful than Fidel Martinez in the 8-7 Vancouver win over Bloomington. Martinez, who is on pace for 106 RBI this season, hit 2 home runs. Willie Arredondo earned the save for Vancouver, his 7th of the year.

Mitch Delagrange, who is tied for 8th in the TML in triples with 2, chipped in a 2-run home run for Vancouver in the bottom of the eighth. For the game, the right fielder had 2 hits in 3 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 1 run scored, and 2 RBI.

"It's nice to step up when your team needs you," said Martinez.
