Indians Win, 6-5, in 11
Fans were treated to a whale of a game between the Wauwatosa Indians and Sandy Springs Spartans.

Thanks in large part to left fielder Chris Shell, the Wauwatosa Indians clipped the Sandy Springs Spartans, 6-5, in 11 innings. Shell was 6-6 with 4 doubles and 2 singles, while scoring 3 runs. Wauwatosa reliever Tim Garthwaite picked up the win. Bobby Matthews took the loss for Sandy Springs.

The Indians got a clutch hit from second baseman Jeremy Huggins. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Indians.

"Our team showed some spunk," said Huggins.

The TML AA Bruce Bochy Division-leading Indians are 41-21.
