Maple got a strong outing from Joe McGinnity as the Marauders defeated the Bloomington Blazers, 4-1, at Magnificent Marauders Mansion. The 5th-place Marauders improved to 17-23.
The Marauders picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.
"I pretty much put my pitches where I wanted to," said McGinnity.
