Pipe Fitters Win, 11-3, Versus Rockets
The Niagara Falls Pipe Fitters pasted the Kelowna Rockets with a convincing 11-3 defeat at Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum. Rob Summers was a prime factor in the Niagara Falls win. He was 3 for 5 with a triple and 2 singles. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3. With the win, the Pipe Fitters have a record of 44-24.

A key moment came with no one out in the top of the first. That's when Summers hit a fastball from David Samaniego for a run-scoring single, putting Niagara Falls up, 1-0.

"We hit the ball hard," said Niagara Falls manager Aidan Uren. "Line drive after line drive."
