The DeKalb Cornhuskers defeated the Sandy Springs Spartans, 8-0, at The Corn Crib today. Leading the charge for DeKalb was center fielder Diego Patino. He went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and was hit by a pitch. He scored 2 runs and drove in 2. Caleb Caddell picked up the win in relief, improving his record to 2-0. Guillermo Castorena was tagged with the loss. DeKalb leads the TMLAA Bruce Bochy Division by 4½ games.
