Thornton Leads Kelowna Past Murraysville
The Kelowna Rockets got a strong performance from pitcher Eric Thornton. Brick stymied the Murraysville offense en route to a solid, 8-2 win at Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum. Kelowna is now 28-25. Murraysville is 28-24.

Thornton was in the zone all game. He frustrated Murraysville hitters while giving the Rockets 7 innings of quality work. Thornton threw 121 pitches, allowing 3 hits and getting 9 punchouts.
