Beetlecats Pull Back to .500 With Win Over Vesuvius
|
Beetlecats center fielder George Bell Jr. put his stamp on his team's 5-3 win over the Cape Verde Vesuvius. Bell Jr. was 2-4 with a home run and a double. He drove in 4 runs and scored once for Buzzard's Bay in the contest. Victor Rivera got credit for the win, improving to 4-4. He allowed 2 runs on 7 hits in 5.2 innings.
