The Pacifica Shamrocks besoiled an otherwise fine performance by Frisco right fielder Chris Hogg by beating the Rams, 6-4, at Outlander Park. Hogg went 2 for 4 with 2 home runs, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. The 6th-place Shamrocks are 21-32.

Pacifica shortstop Andrew Read helped his team get ahead early. In the top of the first, with the bases loaded, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run.

"Being able to play a game for a living is one thing. Being able to play it well and contribute to a win is even better," Read told the Pacifica Daily.
