The Roaring River Steelheads had to overcome a fine effort from Wauwatosa pitcher Justin Martin to win, 6-5, in 11 innings at Casino Grounds. Martin went 7 innings and allowed 2 runs. Roaring River pitcher Dusty Miranda got the win, upping his record to 3-0. John Plouffe got the loss. The Steelheads go to 19-26, putting them 6th in the RCL AA Gene Mauch Division.

The Steelheads got a clutch hit from left fielder Justin Millender. In the bottom of the 11th, he delivered a run-scoring single to win the game for the Steelheads.

"Our guys refused to lose," said Millender.
