The Buffalo Bison defeated the Bighorn Bison, 5-3, in Thurman Munson League action at Thundering Grounds at Bison Stadium. Buffalo pitcher Andrew Stith had a standout performance. Buffalo is third in the Thurman Munson League East Division with a record of 19-19.

Had Sergio Bravo not delivered a key base hit in the bottom of the eighth, the outcome might have been different. Instead, with two down and runners on 1st and 3rd, Bravo hit a run-scoring single. That made the score 4-3, in favor of the Bison.

"I just trusted my stuff," said Stith.
