Storm Troopers Squelch Crocodiles Offense in Shutout Win
San Antonio right-hander Jose Soto was sensational in shutting out the Louisiana Crocodiles, 5-0. In 5.2 innings, Soto surrendered 6 hits, while striking out 8 and walking 3. He allowed no runs. Sergio Fernandez picked up the save for San Antonio, his 2nd of the year.

It could have been a different outcome for San Antonio, had it not been for Vinny Parrado, the 23-year old center fielder . Parrado contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the third inning to put San Antonio up, 2-0.

"We'll grab a cold one tonight and go after another win tomorrow," Parrado said.

The Storm Troopers now have a mark of 28-23.
