Kelowna Rockets starter Nick Hall pitched a strong game against the Fraser Valley Black Bears at Joey Naples Memorial Colloseum, leading the Rockets to a 5-4 win. The Rockets go to 25-25, putting them 4th in the RCLAA Lou Piniella League.

The game was at a stalemate until designated hitter Jason Boyd came to bat in the bottom of the 12th. Facing Fraser Valley pitcher Tyler Ison, he hit a first pitch fastball for a run-scoring double. It was a game-changer, putting Kelowna on top, 5-4.

"This place was rockin'," said Boyd.
