Sang Goes Deep Twice in 4-2 Rats Win
|
Rock River designated hitter Amlak Sang was instrumental in helping the Rats triumph, 4-2, over the Wauwatosa Indians. Sang was 3 for 3 with 2 home runs and a walk. He scored 3 runs and drove in 3. Picking up his 1st save was 23-year old left-handed pitcher Ethan Howell. Rock River is 18-19 and Wauwatosa, with the loss, 25-11.
Sang contributed in the bottom of the first. With a runner on 1st, he hit a 2-run home run. It was one at-bat among others that helped Rock River get the win.
Rock River manager Shunso Sato called it "a pretty good win."
