					| In a tight contest at The Mandalore Complex, the Milwaukee Millers edged the Eagle Rock Ridge Runners by the score of 6-5. Milwaukee catcher Nick Spurlin, who blasted 2 home runs, was a key contributor. Niito Toguchi, now 4-1, was credited with the win in 0.1 innings of relief. He allowed no runs on no hits, while striking out 0 and walking 0. The defeat makes Eagle Rock 16-17. 
 The game was decided with no one out in the bottom of the ninth. With Milwaukee trailing 5-4, Spurlin jumped on a changeup from 23-year old left-handed pitcher  Brian Clendenny and hit a 2-run  home run to right. With one swing, the Millers had a walk-off win.
 
 Spurlin said this kind of win gives the team "a buzz."
