Pitcher Lifts Whitecaps to 6-4 Triumph
A nice crowd turned out for a clash between the Boston Whitecaps and Niagara Falls Pipe Fitters.

The Boston Whitecaps downed the Niagara Falls Pipe Fitters, 6-4, at Pipe Fitters Park. Henry Pitcher led the way, going 2-for-2 for Boston. Boston starter Josh Wucherer was credited with the win after throwing 111 pitches over 8 innings. His record now stands at 4-2.

The Whitecaps got a big at-bat from second baseman Antonio Zuniga. For the game, Zuniga was 1 for 3 with a triple and was hit by a pitch. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the top of the fifth, with runners on 1st and 2nd, he stroked a 2-run triple. His 1st triple of the season gave Boston a 4-2 lead.

"I felt good up there," said Pitcher. "I saw the ball well."
