Ridge Runners Fall Short, 6-5, at Cabo San Lucas
The Cabo San Lucas Toreros defeated the Eagle Rock Ridge Runners, 6-5, in Roberto Clemente League action at Field de Los Layendas. Danny Douglass pulled his weight. The 11-year veteran went 3 for 4 with a home run and a double. He scored 2 runs. The save was credited to Ricky Pimentel, his 1st. By defeating Eagle Rock, the last-place Toreros improved to 9-28.

Douglass had an important at-bat with a runner on 1st in the bottom of the sixth, when he hit a double. The Toreros went on to win.
