Carson City got a big-time effort from pitcher Tyler Frasier, but it wasn't enough to keep the Louisiana Crocodiles from winning the game, 4-3. Frasier threw 8.0 innings of 4-hit ball for the losing team. Justin Walsh snagged the win in relief. He goes to 1-2 on the season. Damien Lamboglio suffered the loss. The save was credited to Jason Mulford, his 6th.

Louisiana used a timely hit from Jeff Eaton to get the win. The third baseman stroked a run-scoring double in the top of the ninth inning to put the Crocodiles ahead, 4-3. It was his only hit in 5 at-bats, but it was a difference-maker.

"We all want to win," said Eaton. "We all want to do our part."

At 14-19, the Crocodiles are currently 6th in the RCL AA Lou Piniella League.
