The Buffalo Bison eked out a 3-2 win versus the Seattle Sasquatch at Thundering Grounds at Bison Stadium. Nobody did more than pitcher Carl Reusch. He was terrific. The setback makes Seattle 15-21.

With scoring opportunities rare, the Bison had to cash in when they had the chance. One such opportunity presented itself in the bottom of the fifth, when third baseman Josh Bye hit a 2-run single. The single came off Ethan Jenkins and made the score 3-1, Bison. Bye was 1 for 3 with a walk. He drove in 2 runs.

"That's baseball," said Seattle manager Vicente Vargas. "Sometimes the other team plays better than yours."
