Spotton Sensational for Rockets
|
Kelowna Rockets pitcher Jeff Spotton was in top form, leading his team past the Murraysville Peacocks, 2-0. Bill Douglas collected his 3rd save. The 4th-place Rockets now have a record of 15-19.
Kelowna starter Jeff Spotton was exceptional. The 6-foot-0 right-hander allowed no runs on 3 hits over 7.2 innings of work.
"No weaving and bobbing. Jeff came right after them," said Kelowna manager Antonio Moreno.
