Peacocks Need Extra Innings to Top Drillers, 5-3
The Murraysville Peacocks faced a tough opponent in Beaumont pitcher Wes Bolduc, but still scratched out a win at Drillers Stadium by a final score of 5-3 in 11 innings. Bolduc went 6 innings and allowed no runs. The winner in relief was Martin Butler. He is now 1-1. The right-hander allowed no runs on 2 hits in 3 innings. The Peacocks, now 8-18, have not found much traction so far in 2066.

It could have been a different outcome for Murraysville, had it not been for Noah Robinson, the 27-year old second baseman . Robinson contributed a run-scoring hit-by-pitch in the top of the 11th inning to put Murraysville up, 4-3.
