Fraser Valley Gets 6-1 Win
The Fraser Valley Black Bears picked up a win at Windsor Grounds, taking down the Windsor Royals, 6-1. Starting pitcher Jesus Cervantes was a big reason why. The Royals fall to 7-9 and continue their sputtering start to the 2062 season.

Fraser Valley used a clutch at-bat from Jason Kidwell to capture the win. The right fielder hammered a 2-run home run in the top of the sixth inning to put the Black Bears ahead, 3-0. It was his lone hit in 3 at-bats, but it was a humdinger.

"I liked his command," said Fraser Valley manager Albert Giles. "Jesus was throwing strikes."
