Niagara Falls center fielder Ceasario Buozzi had a terrific game, but it still wasn't enough to get his team a win. Buozzi went 4 for 4 with a double, 3 singles, and a walk, even as Madison beat the Pipe Fitters, 6-3, in 10 innings. The win gives Madison a record of 8-7.

The decisive blow was delivered by Sean Thompson in the bottom of the tenth when he hit a 3-run home run off 24-year old right-handed pitcher Danny Snow to win the game for Madison. The home crowd went nuts.

"What an ending!" said a jubilant Thompson.
