Another day, another victory for the red-hot Jacksonville Pilots.
Jacksonville Pilots starter Ed Ramos pitched his team past the Bloomington Blazers, 5-1. The Blazers, at 18-17, have lost 4 straight games.
Making an impact for Jacksonville was second baseman Sam Corson. He drilled a triple off Gerald Bosma in the top of the fourth. For the game, Corson was 1 for 4 with a triple and a walk.
