Boston Defeated by Silicon Valley, 6-2
|
The home crowd had a good time watching the Boston Whitecaps and Silicon Valley Hackers get after it.
Silicon Valley Hackers starter Bo Ferguson pitched his team past the Boston Whitecaps, 6-2. The triumph makes Silicon Valley 10-5, as the team begins another long trek toward the playoffs in 2064.
Dan Carnes had a key at-bat with one out in the bottom of the sixth for Silicon Valley. With the bases loaded and the Hackers leading 3-2, he drew a walk, driving in 1 run.
"Our goal is to improve each and every day," Carnes told the Silicon Valley News.
