Chargers Continue Hot Start to Season With Win
|
The Terra Linda Chargers picked up a win at Albert Park, knocking off the Sandy Springs Spartans, 9-3. Starting pitcher Fei-hsien Xun played a key role in the triumph. Xun got the win, improving to 2-0. He allowed 3 hits and walked 4 over 6 innings. Xun allowed 2 earned runs. The Chargers, now 6-2, have played some good baseball in the early going.
The Chargers picked up the win with a combination of good hitting and good pitching.
"Fei-hsien is still learning," said Chargers manager Felipe Clavijo. "The sky's the limit for him."
