The Frisco Rams did just enough to secure a victory over the Moose Jaw Canucks, 9-8, in 10 innings at Outlander Park. Nobody did more than pitcher Steve Thomas. The win takes Frisco to 2-3.

The clutch at-bat came in the bottom of the tenth inning, when Frisco center fielder Jordan Ochoa, facing Greg Ruff, had a run-scoring sacrifice fly. It gave the Rams the 9-8 win.

"I made some pitches when I had to," said Thomas.
