Cowboys Get Clutch Win Versus Cozumel
The Calgary Cowboys did just enough to sneak past the Cozumel Beaches, 6-5, at Cowboys Field. Calgary second baseman Myles Leyte, in particular, had a standout performance. Calgary pitcher Gary Selby got the win. He's now 1-1. Brandon Hubacek was tagged with the loss. At 83-50, the Cowboys find themselves in second place in the RCL AAA Tony La Russa Division.

Leil Moorthy was the walk-off hero for Calgary. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Cowboys left fielder hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.

"What a buzz," said Leyte after it was over.
