Earthquakes Topple Toreros with Late Rally
The San Francisco Earthquakes faced a tough opponent in Cabo San Lucas pitcher Alejandro Castro, but did just enough to pull out the victory at Field de Los Layendas by a final score of 2-1. Castro went 5.2 innings and allowed 1 run. The Toreros fall to 9-19 and continue their unimpressive start to the 2062 season.

A crucial at-bat came with the bases empty and no one out in the top of the eighth inning. That's when second baseman Gil Delk, who leads the TML in triples with 4, hit a triple. The Earthquakes went on to win.

"We didn't string enough hits together to win the game," said tight-lipped Cabo San Lucas manager Labib Sarahani. "Obviously."
