The Indianapolis Ambition locked up a win at The Corral, knocking off the Madison Muskies, 7-2. On the mound for Indianapolis was right-hander Hector Cardoza. He played a major role in the triumph. Indianapolis, at 77-75, holds down second place in the TML AAA Joe Torre Division.

The Ambition got a big at-bat from left fielder Katsuharu Fujii. For the game, Fujii was 2-3 with 2 doubles and 2 walks, while adding 3 RBI and scoring once. In the top of the first, with the bases loaded, he stroked a bases-clearing double. His 8th double of the season gave Indianapolis a 3-0 lead.

"I was just trying to execute one pitch at a time," said Cardoza.
