Riggs Leads Cacti to 10-6 Win Over Racers
No one was more impactful than Mike Riggs in the 10-6 Albuquerque win over Bowling Green. Riggs, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2062 draft, went 3-3 with a home run, 2 singles, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 4. Jeremy Poholsky notched his 3rd save in 3 chances. Albuquerque is in third place in the RCL AAA Bobby Cox Division with a record of 80-73.

With one out in the top of the seventh, Kyle Sells had a game-changing hit. The Cacti third baseman slammed a 2-run single off Jean-Pierre Barreau, making the score 8-4, Albuquerque.

"It was a solid team effort and we'll try to keep this momentum going," Sells told reporters after the game.
