The Albuquerque Cacti licked the Fairfield Flash, 8-4. Colin Magne deserved a big chunk of the credit. The shortstop was 3 for 4 with 3 singles and a walk, while scoring 3 for the Cacti. Andy Mitchell, who is tied for 5th in the RAAA in holds with 7, earned the win in relief. The right-hander allowed 1 run on no hits in 2.1 innings. He upped his record to 8-5.
