In a tight tilt between the Cabo San Lucas Toreros and the Quebec Armada, B.J. Bichler was the deciding factor. The Cabo San Lucas right-hander spearheaded the 3-0 win. Bichler, now 1-3, was the winner. In 7 innings, he gave up 7 hits, while striking out 1, walking 1, and allowing no runs. Getting the save was Jimmy Sherry, his 10th.

The Toreros got a big at-bat from right fielder Dennis Allen. For the game, Allen went 1 for 4 with a home run. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. In the bottom of the second, with a runner on 1st, he stroked a 2-run home run. His 9th home run of the season gave Cabo San Lucas a 2-0 lead.
