The Amarillo Armadillos licked the Calgary Kodiaks, 6-4. Chris Lacenaire deserved a big chunk of the credit. The right fielder went 2-4 with 2 home runs. He drove in 5 runs and scored twice for the Armadillos. The Armadillos raised their record to 78-69.

Lacenaire had a game-changing home run in the bottom of the sixth. On a 1-2 splitter from Danny Siwek, he banged a 3-run home run to left, giving the Armadillos a 6-3 lead. It was the 22nd home run of the year for Lacenaire.

"I put some good swings on the ball tonight," said Lacenaire.
