Enthusiastic fans came out to support the home team at Coca Cola Stadium.

Led by Ross Thambo, the Baton Rouge Outlaws defeated the Fort Worth Cats, 8-3. Thambo, a native of Tembisa, Gauteng, was 3 for 5 with 2 home runs, while scoring 3 runs and driving in 2 for the Outlaws. The victory gives the Outlaws a record of 75-49.

Baton Rouge catcher Ryan Graham contributed a timely at-bat in the bottom of the fourth. With two down, he hit a cutter to right field for a run-scoring single. It was his 63rd hit of the season and put the Outlaws ahead, 3-1.

"I'm just out there trying to have as much fun as I can while I'm playing," Thambo told the Baton Rouge Observer.
