Pasadena left fielder Steve Porter had a good game in a losing cause. His team fell, 8-5, to Fairfield at The Hole. Porter slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. David Sinn earned the win, while 25-year old left-handed pitcher Jeremy Parker took the loss for Pasadena. With the win, the Flash have a record of 60-59.

Thiongo Hali, who is tied for 6th in the RAAA in home runs with 26, helped out the Fairfield cause in the top of the third inning with a run-scoring walk. For the game, the third baseman went 1-2 with 3 walks, while scoring 2 runs.

"They had a good approach," Pasadena skipper David Williams said of the opposition. "Hats off to them."
