The State College Swallowtails downed the Fort Worth Cats, 13-4, at Stars Field. The Swallowtails were led by Josh Ehrhardt. Ehrhardt went 3-4 with a home run, a double, and a walk, while scoring 2 runs. Luis Acevedo, the winning pitcher, improved to 9-7. He pitched 7.2 innings, giving up 8 hits and 4 runs, while striking out 3 and walking 3. The last-place Swallowtails lifted their record to 44-74.

Early in the game, center fielder Mario Herra had a bases-clearing triple for State College. It was his 3rd triple of the season and put the Swallowtails on top, 4-1.
