The performance of Feitze de Rooij proved critical in helping Antioch beat Amarillo, 5-4. The Coal Miners designated hitter went 3 for 4 with a home run and 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once. Reliever Bill Shaughnessy picked up the win. His record improves to 3-0. Ryan Grange, who was drafted in the 2nd round of the 2062 draft, took the loss. Paul Cummins closed the door for Antioch, picking up his 20th save of the year.

Chris Bridgeman hit a 2-run home run off Ryan Grange in the bottom of the seventh, which put the Coal Miners ahead, 5-4. In addition to the homer, Bridgeman had 1 double, while going 2 for 3.

"We put it together and came out with the win," Bridgeman said in postgame remarks. "That's the main thing."

Antioch is now 81-59, while Amarillo is 75-65.
