The Pasadena Bumblebees tallied a win at The Hole, throttling the Billings Mustangs, 6-2. Starting pitcher Jeremy Parker was a big reason for his team's success. Parker picked up the win for Pasadena, going 6.2 innings. He gave up 2 runs on 2 hits. He now sports a record of 8-7. Hicham Munoru closed it out for his 9th save.
Nick Trahan took Billings hurler Ed Newson deep in the bottom of the first. His 2-run home run put the Bumblebees on top, 2-0. In all, Trahan had 1 single in addition to the home run, while going 2 for 4.
"Jeremy pumped strikes and he made good pitches when he had to," said Pasadena manager David Williams.
