The Waimea Wind stopped the Tallahassee Captains, 10-5, behind an impressive performance from Bobby Wilcox. The 25-year old third baseman made life miserable for Tallahassee pitching. He went 3 for 3 with a double, 2 singles, and a walk. With the win, the Wind hiked their record to 62-50.

Brett Cline helped his team take an early lead with a 2-run single. It came in the first inning, making the score 3-0, Wind.

"Enjoyed this one," Cline told the Waimea Bulletin. "But it's back to work tomorrow."
